Entrepreneurs doing business in the field of road transport outside the country should familiarize themselves with the applicable Conventions.
Please remember that in accordance with the legal system in force in Poland, the following texts are not a source of law and are only an auxiliary and demonstrative character.

  • Konwencja CMR – umowa międzynarodowego przewozu drogowego towarów regulująca obowiązki stron zawierających umowę transportową (nadawcy, odbiorcy i przewoźnika).
  • Konwencja AETR – europejska umowa dotycząca zasad zatrudniania załóg wykonujących przewozy międzynarodowe.
  • Konwencja TIR – międzynarodowa konwencja celna dotycząca przewozu towarów samochodami ciężarowymi w transporcie międzynarodowym, pozwalająca uprościć procedury na przejściach granicznych i w urzędach celnych, celem większej skuteczności przewozów drogowych.
  • Konwencja ATP – międzynarodowa umowa dotycząca przewozów szybko psujących się artykułów żywnościowych i specjalnych środków transportu przeznaczonych do tych przewozów.
  • Konwencja wiedeńska – międzynarodowy traktat określający ogólne zasady ruchu drogowego.
